Sharpe Joins Alliance Home Health Care 2010-2011 Professional Advisory Board

John H. Sharpe has joined the 2010-2011 Professional Advisory Board for Alliance Home Health Care, a skilled provider of senior home health care.

Sharpe is a partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP in Indianapolis. He is a member of the Business and Health Care practice groups, focusing his practice primarily on business transactions, corporate matters and regulatory issues, with particular emphasis on assisted living, home health, skilled nursing, supported living and other long-term health services.

Sharpe also serves as general counsel for several Indiana-based health care and software companies, and serves as Indiana counsel for national and publicly-traded assisted living and skilled nursing companies. He has successfully litigated a wide variety of reimbursement, regulatory and credentialing cases before Medicare, Medicaid and licensure authorities and has been lead counsel in over 100 financing, sale and leasing transactions.

The Professional Advisory Board evaluates the professional service program and advises Alliance Home Health Care on professional issues. It establishes and annually reviews Alliance’s policies, assists in maintaining liaison with other health care providers in the community and assists with the community information program.


Alliance Home Health Care Welcomes Zeisig as Account Representative

Marci Zeisig has joined Alliance Home Health Care, a skilled provider of senior home health care, as an account representative.

Zeisig’s responsibilities include developing new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing and closing sales; and recommending new applications and sales strategies.

Prior to Alliance Home Health Care, Zeisig served as the director of marketing at Manor Care at Summer Trace in Carmel, Ind., and as the director of business development at Waters of Greenbriar in Indianapolis. She earned her certificate in public health.

Originally from LaPorte, Ind., Zeisig received her Bachelor of Science in health administration from Indiana University-Bloomington. She volunteers with the Boys & Girls Club of Indianapolis and the Indiana Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Currently residing in Zionsville, Ind., Zeisig enjoys working out, cooking, reading and dancing.
